    You’ll make a difference every day in the lives of the seniors you serve as an LPN.  You’ll work with a team to provide nursing care to residents who call this place “home” or are here for short term rehabilitation.

    LPNs are part of the nursing team who will celebrate a resident’s increasing independence, listen and enjoy the stories they share, and provide that hug or prayer when more support is needed.   LPNs assure that medications and treatments are administered, maintain documentation, and assure a safe environment for residents and staff.

    Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. LPN licensure for state of practice is required; current CPR certification or ability to become certified in CPR within 180 days of hire.  

    Excellent clinical skills, ability to manage multiple details and deadlines, ability to understand each resident’s needs and a strong desire to serve others.

    Basic ability to communicate and comprehend; ability to measure and comprehend certain quantities; knowledge of basic nursing skills; knowledge and familiarity with the therapeutic effects and side effects of all medications administered.
