    In order to continue this great annual tradition, the International Falls Area Chamber of Commerce has once again turned the FYGBR into a 100% VIRTUAL race! 

    Why Virtual? Many of our runners are not comfortable to travel and last year's virtual race was such as success we decided to do it again! We hope that in 2023 we are once again comfortable to gather hundreds of runners together to celebrate the 42nd FYGBR! With your support of this year's virtual race, we hope to again see everyone together in January 2023! 

    So, whether you’re in International Falls, Minneapolis, Montreal or Mozambique – you can participate in the Icebox of the Nation’s infamous Freeze Yer Gizzard Blizzard Race!  Plus, you’ll get a super cool race shirt to commemorate it and impress your friends!
